Welcome to Muskegon ISD’s 23 Things! We’re happy to have you with us as we learn about new tools to use in the classroom. Between October 11, 2009 and January 11, 2010, we will introduce 23 Things to help you discover and explore some of the new ways that students are learning today. You’ll be able to take time to experiment and play with these free tools and see how they might fit into your personal and professional lives.

The fall/winter session of 23 Things has ended. Check back here in February for information about new sessions.
This online course is open to “lurkers” but only those who have registered will be able to fully participate.
All of the 23 Things topics and related assignments will be in this blog, linked in the column on the right under the Page “The 23 Things”. You will also be able to find the Frequently Asked Questions and Tips for Success in the same column. All of the participants’ blogs are in the blogroll column. This course is based on the 23 Things class developed by Jackie Campbell and Carol Mayer at Wayne RESA. They have generously shared their content and ideas with Muskegon ISD. Their course, “ Wayne RESA’s 23 Things” is based on The Learning 2.0 program originally designed by Helene Blowers, Technology Director, Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County, and has been modified for use by Wayne RESA. We have also used content licensed under Creative Commons from Vicki Davis, author of the Cool Cat Teacher Blog.
