I was able to regain skills I should have learned near about kindergarten… Oh Zinser don’t forget me. (They did knock down the section of the building where I spent my formative years)…Here are a couple of images for use in Boardmaker. Just right click to copy or save the image(s)
Use these activities to help students learn their name and or phone number. The activities are errorless or not depending on your needs. Find them here http://www.mediafire.com/?ncu0161755bet
This is an activity inspired by Mrs. Ellis’ circle. Its a moveable button activity for selecting music. each song button has an audio preview to read the button text. You may download it here as a Boardmaker package file http://www.mediafire.com/?e1y98rhn0esr85x
Really, the original request from Judy Stu was a moveable button activity. I did not have my brain wrapped properly to make it work. While I as cleaning my fish pond on Saturday a concept came to mind…Testing it on Monday led me to abject failure, BUT several cups of coffee later I was inspired to create the final working moveable button Whats for Lunch activity. (including a fab video for adapting the original layout)
Yet another morning meeting option is to talk about “Whats for lunch”. I have created a picture button activity to build a lunch menu for the month of May. Certainly changes can be made to fit your needs. At this link http://www.mediafire.com/?v3og6a15m8574 you will find the template and a video describing the process.
I have created an activity that deals with counting and displaying money values. It is a generic tool that has as many uses as you have needs/ideas. You may download it here http://www.mediafire.com/?9bcgroyn4oo6b. This is a moveable button activity, the graphics are as real as the US Mint and Bureau of Printing and Engraving will allow. Any thoughts? Be the first to comment…
TouchMath is one manner to teach counting. Travel here to take advantage of some Touchmath activities, including a TouchMath Calculator. Certainly not the last word as this is a work in progress…
Here’s the deal, some of what I have created is useful…the rest might have been an exercise in humoring myself.
I am making this offer…If you have ideas and need help, suggestions, etc., to pull off a Boardmaker activity, drop me a line. I function best in a team environment anyway. If you don’t want to leave it in a comment, Contact me directly firstname.lastname@example.org use the subject line of Boardmaker Activity. Hope to hear something.
