français 1: lundi, le 22 septembre

  • Mise en Train:  Copy into your notes:  plus = plus, sont = are (equals), moins = minus, fois = times, divisé par = divided by.   
  • We played the game “Plus Deux”.  Say a number and your partner says the number that is the first number plus 2. 
  • New classroom objects and TPR vocabulary:  la porte (door), la fenêtre (window), le tableau (whiteboard), regarde (look at, watch)
  • New vocabulary:  a (he/she has), met (he/she puts), veut (he/she wants) 
  • Personal questions with the vocabulary.
  • Poke that Pig:  #1-20 and French letters of the alphabet.
  • Hangman

español 1: lunes, el 22 de septiembre

  • Diario:  Copy into your notes:  más = plus, son = are (equals), menos = minus, por = times, dividido por = divided by.   
  • We played the game “Más Dos”.  Say a number and your partner says the number that is the first number plus 2. 
  • New classroom objects and TPR vocabulary:  la puerta (door), la ventana (window), la pizarra (whiteboard), mira (look at, watch)
  • New vocabulary:  tiene (he/she has), pone (he/she puts), quiere (he/she wants) 
  • Personal questions with the vocabulary.
  • Poke that Pig:  #20-30 and Spanish letters of the alphabet.
  • New handout:  alternate spellings of the numbers 16-29. 
  • Hangman

  • Discussion des différences entre l’école américaine et française.
  • La Princess et le Petit Pois (Partie #1)
  • Dessiner des personnes (en groupes).  Devoirs:  Finish the drawing of one of the 4 descriptions of people and hand it in tomorrow.

français 3 et 4: lundi, le 22 septembre

  • p. 16-17 du livre Rouge
  • Les Travaux Domestiques (chores):  balayer le sol (to sweep the floor), passer l’aspirateur (to vacuum), mettre la table (to set the table), faire la cuisine (to cook), vider les ordures (to empty the garbage).  Discussion des travaux domestiques.
  • Verb Tag:  balayer (présent), vider (imparfait), s’ennuyer (passé composé), mourir (passé composé)
