Sixth Grade Camp- May 3-5

The sixth graders will be going to camp May 3-5. A permission slip and health form was sent home the week of March1 to be returned by April 1. The cost of camp this year is $30.
If you would like to chaperone this field trip, there will be a cost of $42 for adults if you plan on staying the entire time. Otherwise if you would just like to join us for the day, it will be $5 per meal you attend.
Please use the blank permission slip form (which can be found at the bottom of this page). You will need to get a health form from your child’s teacher.

February 18 Field Trip

We will be going to the Frauenthal for the Healthy U Forum. There is no cost for this field trip. Please use a blank permission slip (found below) if your child has not turn one in yet.

February 10 Field Trip

On Wednesday, February 10, we will be going to the Lakeshore Museum Center for the day. There is no cost for this field trip, but the students will need a bag lunch. Please click on the PDF file below to print a copy of the permission slip.

On December 18, we will be going to the Silversides. This will also be our classroom Christmas party. Please return the permission slip for the field trip by Friday, December 11. There is a cost of $9.50 for students and $14.00 for parent chaperones.
