Question #1:
The Bible states that God wants us to “fill the earth and subdue it.” (Genesis 1:28) This means that we should make the earth plentiful and keep it that way. We are and we aren’t following God’s plan for our earth. We aren’t following God’s plan because many people litter everyday and they don’t care about keeping our earth clean. We are following God’s plan because many people are going green and recycling more and conserving electricity. If we keep going green for God we will be able to be good stewards towards our earth.
Question #1
- I believe the Bible potrays a message in which man is responsible for the well-being of earth. In Genesis 1:26 God said, “let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.” As a result, we control the resources that retain life. We should take care of God’s creation just like Adam and Eve were supposed to take care of The Garden of Eden. A comparision can be seen because in both cases greed is taking priority over God’s instruction. Adam and Eve’s greed for knowledge pertains to corporate greed for money over protecting the environment. The final judgement was losing the Garden; the main root of this was greed. If we let greed take priority we might lose our “Garden” ,or earth, as well. Deuteronomy 20: 19-20 also describes the importance of our resources. The text essentially illustrates natures importance over man’s disputes, including war. However, throughout history we have seen the complete opposite. Examples of scorched earth policy have been used multiple times in which crops and other resources are completely destroyed in the attempts of lowering moral, declining resources, and buying time. Napoleon’s invasion of Russia, Second Boer War, and Tecumseh Sherman’s March to the Sea are all examples.

Question #1
The Bible says that god create the earth and everything in it. As God’s stewards we need to give to the earth and take care of it.
I do not believe that the most of us, including myself, are following God’s plan. The only thing we give to the earth is pollution and the only part of the earth we truly take care of is our national parks. I think that we need to treat the entire earth like we treat our national parks.
Question #2
- Aspects that affect the solubility rate of solids in a solvent are temperature, size of the particles in the mixture, stirring, the nature of the solvent and solute, and pressure. An increase in temperature causes and increase in solubility because energy is required to break bonds in solid molecules. A decrease in the size of the particles causes solubility to increase because the bulk crystals are easier to dissolve. Stirring increases the rate of solution because it brings fresh portions of the solvent in contact with the solute. The differences between the solvent and the solute also affect solubility because there are differences in their natures; This all depends on what is being dissolved.

The Bible says that we should respect the earth and take care of it because it is his creation which makes it sacred. God gave the earth to Adam and Eve to enjoy, but also to take care of, so we must do the same. I don’t think that we are necessarily following God’s plan because there is pollution everywhere, and it affects the air, plants, animals, water, etc; but there are people now who are attempting to make the world better.
The Bible says that we should be stewards of the earth, which means that we are supposed to take care of it. We are not following God’s plan for our earth because of all the environmental problems we have. Some of the problems are pollution like in Lake Onondaga, ozone layer depletion, a need for alternative fuels, and global warming.
Earth and all creation is a gift from God. The Bible states that we should respect all life because it is God’s gift to us, and unfortunately, we often take it for granted. Over the years, earth has evolved, and sad to say, the change is not for the better. We are not doing a very good job at keeping God’s earth in good condition. It is not any human’s place to harm or pollute the earth intentionally because it disrespects God and his generous gift of life. Day to day, we must work on keeping God’s planet a safe environment for all.
The bible states that our stewardship towards God’s Earth should be respectful towards all things, and they are made for a reason. People should not harm the other things that God made, because it is God’s gift to us. We are not following God’s plan for our Earth because there are many people who do experiments, and they intentionally know that it will cause new and more problems. People experiment using or making harmful things for the Earth and it continues to go on, so we have growing problems of pollution.
The Bible says that we should be stewards of the earth meaning we are supposed to take care of it. We are not following God’s plan for our earth because of all the problems we have like pollution, ozone layer depletion, littering, and even global warming.
The Bible states that everything is a gift from God and we should respect his gifts he blessed us with. We are not following God’s plan for the Earth because we are not taking care of it as we should. There are many environmental problems that need to be addressed such as global warming and pollution. We need to work to keep the Earth clean so it can be a safer place for all.
Question #1
God created the Earth as a gift to us. As shown through the examples of Jesus Christ, we are to respect and take care of our surrondings. Unfortunately, many people throughout the world have not and are not living up to that expectation. This causes the Earth to have many growing problems, one being pollution. As children of God, we must take a step in improving the environment, and makeing the world a better and safer place.
In the Creation Story, God says that Adam was put on the earth to work the land and care for everything on earth. As humans, it is our job to protect nature and all wild life. Yet, areas with forests and wildlife are getting smaller and cities are growing larger. The ammount of pollution produced is growing as well. People are worried more by the money businesses make than the pollution they create. They condition of the earth is getting worse, whcih is definitely not what God wants. We must respect and care for God’s creation.
In the bible we are called to be the protectors of the earth. We are supposed to take care of it and keep it clean. The earth was intended for people to live on it and glorify God, not to waste its recourses and destroy it. We are not following Gods plan very well. We try to follow God in prayer, but he also wanted us to keep the earth clean. Most of us are just wasting recourses because it is easier for us to live. That is not what God wanted us to do, so we have to try our best to keep the earth clean.

The solubility rate is affected most by a couple of key factors. One factor is the size of the particle the larger the particle the more time it takes to react. Stirring is another when you stir the solid in the solvent it tends to dissolve faster. Lastly temperature when something is heated it tends to dissolve faster than when something is cooled. http://www.sciencebyjones.com/solubility.htm

As the Bible states in Genesis 2:28, “Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that move on the earth.” It is here stated that God told us to take advantage of the earth, but with respect. I beleive that we are not doing the best we can to fufill our obligations. We have issues with pollution, which in return affects our health, and the health of the plants and animals around us. Although we are being disrespectful to the earth, i do feel that we are making advancements in the ways of recycling and “going green.”
The Bible says that we as humans are caretakers of God’s creation on Earth. However, we have abused this gift and often times we destroy much of God’s creation. The main causes of this destruction is the pollution, deforestation, and our taking the world’s natural resources. These causes along with those I have not listed need to stop if we as humans are to fulfill the gift that God has given to us when he made us the caretakers of our planet.

Question #1
The Bible says that we are suppost to take care of the earth. It is our job that he gave to Adam and Eve. We should not pollute the world and take care of it the best we can. God made us all stewards of the earth and expects us to treat it well. We are not doing a very good job. There are many places that have pollution problems and it gets worse by the day. Rain Forests are being cut down and animals are becoming extinct. This is not what God intended. We need to find better ways to treat the earth and take care of it.
Question 1-
The Bible states that while God watches over humanity, humanity is responsible for taking care of the Earth. Humans are the most intelligent species and therefore have the responsibility of taking care of God’s creation and everything in it. We are not following God’s plan because we are constantly polluting and destroying the Earth. Humans are responsible for cleaning up and taking care of the environment, but people constantly pollute the Earth and instead cause us to live in an unsanitary environment. Also, humanity is causing wars which literally destroys God’s Earth. Although many try to stop these problems and make the world a better place, we are ultimately failing to follow God’s plan for our Earth since we are the cause of much of its destruction.
We can nurture our awe and wonder for our Creator through study of God’s provisions for creation. we soon are confronted with the ongoing and accelerating degradation of the earth that in many ways reflects human disregard and abuse of these provisions. God wants us to respect and nuture the earth he created for us. Most of us don’t follow the provisions of God’ standards, but we should try hard to keep the earth in it’s right and healthy order.
the bible says that god created the earth and that ew should take care of his creation because as stewards we should appreciate the gifts given to us. althoug there are people who try to stay green and such to take care of the planet there are still a lorge majority of people who disrespect the planet even without knowing and dont do anything to correct it. so i think that we arent doing a good job of following gods plan for our earth, unless he planned for the earth to suck.
Question #1
The Bible says that God wants us to care for the earth and everything in it. Everything God made is sacred and we need to respect all of it. We need to respect it like we respect God. We must also keep it clean. Right now, we are not doing that. There are plenty of lakes that are being polluted just like Lake onondoga. Even mona lake and ruddiman creek have problems and they are in our town. We must do a better job of working to keep God’s earth clean.
Question #1–What does the Bible state about our stewardship towards God’s Earth? Are we following God’s plan for our Earth?
The Bible says that we need to respect God’s Earth and not abuse it. God has given us this Earth for our own use and He does not want us to pollute it. God says that we are responsible for the Earth and we need to take care of it instead of polluting it with harmful things. We are not following God’s plan for our Earth very well because we are polluting it. For example, companies in the past have put harmful chemicals in our lakes, even our local White Lake. I feel that we are not fulfilling God’s plan because we liter and misuse the reasources He gave us.
#2
There are many factors affecting the rate of solubility with a solid. One of the factors is temperature, when the temperature is warmer the solubility speed goes up. When the temperature is cooled the solubility slows down. Another factor is agitation, when the solution is mixing it dissolves faster when it is more agitated than when it is not. Lastly size of the particles is another affect. When a particle is in a chunk it takes longer to dissolve then when particles are ground up. Those are all of the factors that affect solubility rate.

Question #1
The Bible tells us about our stewardship towards thhe earht is that it is a place that we should take care of. We should respect it and do what God asks us to do. In the Creation Story, God made the eart in seven days. He made the earth so that we could take care of it and make it into a great place to live. I think that we are not following God’s plan as much as we should. People are polluting the earth and destroying what He gave us. We need to recycle more and show God that he had a great plan. If we followed His plan better, the earth wouldn’t have trash on it. It would be clean, and healthy for everyone, and everything. God’s plan is what we need to follow in order to live hte lives He wants us to live.
Question 1–The Bible says that we, as humans, need to take care of the Earth and everything that comes with it. God gave us this great gift and we should show respect towards it. God did not give us the Earth to destroy and take advantage of.
#1
The Bible states that our stewardship towards God’s Earth is that we should take care of the Earth and not abbuse it. God started out with giving Adam and Eve the responsibility to take care of the Earth and protect it. God wants them to protect the Earth and therefore we should do the same thing. We should take the responsibility and keep the Earth nice and healthy. Right now, we are not following God’s plan because we are polluting it with smoke and gasses.
#2
The factors that can affect the solubility rate of solids in a solvent are the nature of the solute and solvent, temperature, pressure, the size of the particles, and the stirring rate.
Question #1:What does the Bible state about our stewardship towards God’s Earth? Are we following God’s plan for our Earth?
The Bible says that God created the earth and that we should respect and care for it. God gave humans dominion over all of his creations, and we have the power and responsibility to take care of them.
I do not think that most people follow God’s plan for the earth. God wants us to take care of the earth, but people pollute it instead by littering and not recycling.
I agree with Raeanna about Adam and Eve being put on this earth to work the land and care for our earth. Just as our first parents, we must continue to work and care for our planet so we may enjoy its beauty and conserve it for many generations to come.
Response:
I agree with what Taylor believes about how the Bible says we need to respect the Earth we live on. She makes good arguements about how we are put on this Earth, like Adam and Eve, to enjoy it, respect it, and take care of it. I also agree with how we do pollute the Earth, but there are people trying to improve the world to make it a safer and better place to live for us all.
I agree with Colleen on the statement on what the Bible says we what our stewardship with God is. She said that God made our earth so that we could take care of it. I agree because why else wouyld God make a word adn put us on it. He wants us to care for and love the Earth. I also agree with Colleen that we are not taking care of the Earth like we should be. When people experiment they can come up with good things, but they can also come up with bad things. Not everything they experiment on is right for the Earth. Most of the time the things people experiment on are polluting the Earth that God told us to take care of
Response –
I agree with Samantha’s answer about how God created the Earth and that we should repect and care for the Earth. I also agree with her statement that God gave humans dominion over his creations and the responsibility and power over all his creatures and Earth. We need to take care of the Earth and keep it clean instead of polluting it.
I agree with Ryan Evans because he talks about how God wanted us to take good care of the earth from the beginning with Adam and Eve. People are not doing very good with this by destroying the environment. I think that the scorched earth policy is a great example of people destroying what God respected for no good reason.
I agree with Samantha. She said that God gave us dominion over all that he created and that we have the responsibility to take care of it. I agree because we have to take care of what we have been given. She also said that most people do not follow God’s plan for the earth because we pollute it by littering and not recycling. This is true because some people don’t recycle or take care of their trash even though they should.
Amanda, you make a very good point. I agree with what you said because like the Bible says, we do need to take advantage of our Earth. We have control of most of the things that are polluting our Earth, so we definitely need to look at recycling and “going green”. You make a good point saying we are not fulfilling God’s plan, but we are attempting it.
Response to question #1:
I completely agree with Samantha T on this one. She hit it right on. As the sole dominators of the earth,we have the responsability to take care of it. God put us here to do just that, and we are currently doing the exact opposite. Yes, there are a few people that do follow God’s plan, but we should all chip in.
response:
I agree with Tyler on the statement that we should take care of the earth. He said that it is a gift from God and we should appreciate it. I also agree with him on the fact that some people in the world really do try to go green. Some people drive hybrid cars, use less electricity, recycle, use water-efficient showerheads, etc. Many others do not even make an effort though. Some people do this because they don’t know the effects it has on the environment. Others, though, do this even though they know what it does.
I agree with Ryan Stone about believing that humans are responsible for taking care of the Earth. He makes very strong points about how we are not following God’s plan because we are constantly polluting and destroying the Earth. We should take care of our environment, but as Ryan said, we are causing the Earth to be unsanitary. There are many people around the world trying to prevent these problems, but not enough.
i think that ryan evans response for the bible questions was flawless well put and well done. he did a lot of good work on that one. i will try to follow his good comments and do mine like his
I agree with Alex’s statement on what the Bible says. Alex said that we need to respect the Earth and not abuse it, which I also believe because God gave us the Earth as a gift and we should respect it. I also agree with Alex about us not taking care of the Earth correctly. As people we often pollute the Earth without thinking about it and God wants us to live our lives happily but respectively.
I agree with Alex about how we should not abuse the eath because it is our home. She makes good points, especially when she uses examples from local areas, like White Lake.
I agree with Tyler Rewitzer on his answer about God and how we should treat the earth. God definitely didn’t want the earth to be polluted and suck like it does today. We need to step up and be stewards like Tyler said and help make the world a cleaner and better place to live.
I agree with Michael Anderson that the bible syas that humans in charge of taking care of the Earth and all that lives on it.
Response
I agree with Larry’s statement. I too think that the earth is a sacred place that needs to be respected. Also how we have to respect the earth as much as we respect God. If we did not have an earth we would not be alive, so we have to keep it in the best conditions as we can for as long as we can. Overall I agree with how we have to try our best to keep the earth clean.
I agree with Larry. He makes a good point in stating that we can see pollution all around us like in Mona Lake. It is our responsibility to God and our fellow neighbors to keep everything clean the way God made it. We need to respect all things.
I agree with Ryan E. on this. God did give us all the responsibility to take care of the planet just as he gave adam and eve the responsibility to take care of the garden of eden. I also agree with him because he used a lot of cool examples.
I agree with Raeanna’s opinion because God created humanity to be the caretakers of the Earth. However, we clearly are more concerned about ourselves than the environment. Like Raeanna said, businesses are more concerned about their wealth and income than the environment, and this greed and selfishness has led to terrible results for the Earth.
I agree with the statement Josh made about our national parks. It seems as if we tend to forget that national parks are the same as everywhere else. This is because there is no borders in our environment. We can’t quarantine smog, pollution, and other negative things in one area, it will eventually spread. We would also be happier becuase people visit national parks based on how clean and undisturbed they are by man.
