On a faith based subject it does matter whether you beleive in it or not to make it really be there or not. Meaning that if you beleive in God then he is there, and if you don't beleive in God he is not there. In this situation it can go both ways. But in the situation of global warming and pollution, it doesn't matter what you beleive in, it is still going to be there.
