Mindy Lynch
Hello, this is a little bit about me! I grew up in Spring Lake, Michigan near the Grand River. I enjoyed many of the same things then that I still do today; playing outside, gardening, fishing, basketball and learning new things.
I played basketball for Muskegon Community College and Grand Valley State before being hired by Ravenna Public Schools 16 years ago. Graduating from GVSU, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health, with a teaching certificate. A year later I added a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. After teaching at Beechnau Elementary I decided to go back to GVSU for an elementary endorsement to teach in the classroom. I have enjoyed teaching many things for the school including Health, Physical Education and Computers in grades K-8.
I am happy to live in Ravenna on 30 acres and am blessed with a great husband and two busy boys. Age 10 & 7.
