Thing #1

As I read the articles and watched the video, I was simultaneously excited by the possibilities and nervous by the gap between what is available and what I know.  I organize quit a few activities involving many kids from different buildings and realize that my learning more will assist in better communication.  Working with middle school students is always a challenge as they struggle to take hard copies to their parents and seldom remember the announcements.  Parents call me repeatedly to lament.

I imagine the Girls on the Run, Endurance Adventure, and Love & Logic material to be easily accessible for all.  I also imagine using the Wiki for organizing the Purple Game in January.  I know the material learned with be invaluable – once learned.

I agree. A solid blog will help me do more for kids. I struggled with my original blog. I asked Amy Niklasch and a principal and they could not figure out why my blog wouldn’t link to my RP page. Now that RP has its own blog site, I am hoping it is easier.
