Tuesday, January 22nd is the start of the second semester here at MTA. I challenge each one of you to go above and beyond this semester. I know that all of you are capable of achieving great success! Remember to take responsibility by checking your progress often, by using the Internet viewer for grades.

On January 14th, 8th graders began to learn about the life of a young girl named Anne Frank. In the weeks to come they will design and create a timeline of this special young girl’s life as well as a timeline of the Holocaust. We will also be reading the play. On January 25th, we will have a special guest speaker that will give us an idea of what life was like during World War II.
